Silly question, but where do I look for bread crumbs in a normal ICA store. I thought there was something about this on the PS site, but since it is under construction I couldn't check. I usually just use hardbread to make them but this recipe calls for soft bread crumbs so I am on the search. Thanks *smile*

It's called "ströbröd", and I believe, found near flour, sugar, etc.
Good Luck!

Ströbröd is near the knäckebröd here in Maxi. It comes in a paper pouch, not a can like I was used to in the US. or Just throw some bread in the food processor.

Thank you both! I had no idea what it was called so it made it much easier having a name to go after. I did go to Maxi and it was right there with the knäckebröd.

And if you want seasoned bread crumbs, just throw some oregano in there for Italian type, or I often add either sage (great with chicken) and/or garlic pulver.
