Hi All -
I was wondering if anybody had a recipe for the curry dressing that comes on salad. I want to make it myself (not store bought!)

Try this and see if it's close to what you're looking for.
1 c plain yogurt
1/4 t salt
1/2 t curry powder
1/8 t ground ginger
dash of cayenne pepper
Mix all of this together and chill it for a few hours to let the flavors develop.
If you don't care for this one, I have a curry-pepper dip that works as a salad dressing as well. Just let me know.

Thanks Carolyn - does the "t" stand for teaspoon or tablespoon?

small t = teaspoon (tsk in Swedish)
capital T = tablespoon (msk in Swedish)
And they are the exact same amounts
