I think that’s just supper kind and thoughtful … I’ll certainly keep the place in mind if I here of a Canadian in the area. ;D What if there an english speaker but don't fall under North American?? just food for thought ... you could change the text a little so that all english speakers in the area are welcome...

Canadians are considered North Americans It was inspired by the fact that I discovered there are more North Americans around Dalarna than I expected, and it's nice to get together with your 'country folk' I think that’s just supper kind and thoughtful … I’ll certainly keep the place in mind if I here of a Canadian in the area. ;D What if there an english speaker but don't fall under North American?? just food for thought ... you could change the text a little so that all english speakers in the area are welcome...

Oh ok, I wonder if they have their own groups tho, like I read somewhere there was a Candians in Sweden or Brits in Sweden site, modelled after Amerikanska....? I wouldn't deny them membership, all can join... as long as you are in Dalarna! There are Aussies in Dalarna, and a couple of NZ, too. They are based at Ludvika. They have a site at www.geocities.com/ozswedes/ but there is no discussion group, it is more an information page. But the couple who run it (James and Faye Taylor) are really nice.
