exercise ball?

Has anyone seen one here in Sweden?

It is a large ball, kind of like a "hippity hop" but without the handle. It is made from the same material as a regular beach ball, but it is much bigger. You can sit on it. It is good for stretching and ab work, and for those with lower back problems.

I've seen one. It sits in my apartment. Of course, this doesn't do you much good since my mom mailed it to me from the States. I love it and highly recommend them if you can find one. I do tons of sit ups on it and never have any problems with my back.

That is exactly what I wanted. I had looked into having one sent from the States, but the shipping was almost as much as the ball.

I ordered it from the website. I also ordered a catalog.

I don't know how it is in their catalog, but on their website it was very funny, because their is fitness equipment right next to sex toys. It was interesting to say the least. ha ha.

I will have my exercise ball in a little over a week.
