Today I am going out for coffee with some American women and a woman from New Zealand. Incidently we all live in the same area of Stockholm. It is sunny and nice here today in Stockholm as opposed to yesterday's overcast and some rain. I'm looking forward to it.
What is everyone doing today and through the weekend?

I've been taking a nap and puttering around a bit in "the garden", trying to find all the little broken leaves that 2 days of gale force wind did to my little plants. Plus we've been dog-proofing the house as much as possible for Sophie's arrival next Wednesday. I'd like to have a bike ride this week-end, but the weather is supposed to be pretty dull so perhaps another nap instead.

What a relaxing, adventurous & connecting long weekend we had at the Nilsson’s. We had pappa home, which is unusual. We had most of the kids in the neighbourhood in the back yard … sleep over … bonfire & Weiner roast … trekked to the Experiment House & the kids enjoyed seeing the stage “Vinter Gaten” … went out for dinner … did some much needed gardening … made a nice dinner ( we try to have just a English night with the kids once a week) visited with one of my best friends here in town. Talked for a few hours with my Mum … slept in until 8 am or longer. Thou I’m envious at times, that I can’t meet up with peers my own age in English…. Just no, if any English expats in our area to have a cup of coffee with.
