I had worked like a madwoman on my site earlier this spring, and was just about going to get it up online, when my computer died. Completely. I lost everything. I didn't have the energy to start over, or to scan all those dozens of photos again. Peter was nice enough to put this little ditty together yesterday after he got home from work. It's just a temporary thingie, Ya gotta have something out there...... I'll start working on it seriously again probably in the middle of October when all this wedding hysteria has calmed down. I would appreciate it if ya'll could take a look and tell me what you think. The negatives as well as the positives! I am going to put a sub-headline today about the flavors, 'cause I think I messed up and you can only click on the flavors from the first page. It's all funky and small, too! Anyway, thanks for looking! www.ultimatecake.se

Looks good for a start, but you know me, bitch, bitch, bitch!
On the list showing the flavors and fillings, I gotta tell you, I had trouble reading with that script. It's very pretty, but first, for me, old lady that I am, the print was a bit small and the script was difficult to read. I COULD read it, but it wasn't very clear.
As you said, links to flavors worked on, and larger pictures would be nice too.
Good luck on getting the site at least functioning and I hope you get lots more business from this too.
Oh yes, why don't you mention the article in Hemmets Veckotidning (which I NEVER saw, by the way) and the one that's coming up in another magazine?

Thanks carolyn... yeah... the script... a couple other friends have also mentioned that they had to sit two inches away from the screen to read that. You can click on the pics for a larger one.
I'll mention the articles sometime, I have to root around and find them all... sigh, the plights of fame....
i was so completely devatstated when I lost the one I had been working on.

Thanks Carolyn and Debbie for a response.
With more than eight hundred members I had really hoped for a wider response from more individuals, but what can one expect?
Thanks again.

I also went on the website, I forgot to post something about it though, I guess I was in a trance over all those flavors. I agree with the others the site itself it really nice! I like the homepage especially. I do think that the text for the flavors is a bit hard to read, I don't know if it was the colors or the text font or both. You sure do have a lot of flavors to choose from! Yum.

I love your site and the cakes look divine! I use a dial up connection so I really appreciate that the pages and photos load very quickly. The color scheme is great and easy to read. Those cakes made me realize that it's almost 1:00 in the afternoon here and I haven't had a bite to eat. Now I want CAKE!

Oh, that's MUCH better to read. Why is chocolate more expensive than hallon? Just curious, I can understand why chestnut is.
I love those seashell wedding cakes by the way, very clever.
