TN,
Is your SO Swedish? I had to ask since you wrote "we have only lived here".
I think you are the "newest" to Sweden right now on this board. There have been a few though that posted on this board before moving here and then came here so although they weren't new to this board they were new to Sweden.
What are your impressions so far?

I'm not sure if I really should reply but here it is:
I am from Northwest Indiana (been here 38-1/2 years)
September 17, 2004 - Trollhättan. I will actually be returning to the states for a couple months but will be applying for my personnumber on September 20.
Note to Sandy - Between the 20th & 24th I'm on my own and will be roaming the area as far as the buses will take me. If you'd like to get together for some coffee or lunch or shopping, let me know!

Cool!! We should try to hook up on Saturday or Sunday, when I am not working. I am expecting friends from Norway sometime near the end of the month, but I haven't gotten a firm date from them. Even so, we will be heading to Trollhättan with them to shop at Willy's. I'll PM you.

I'm not sure I know what my "SO" is but if you mean my husband, he is Swedish we met and married in the US and then his work or lack there of in the US brought him back here so my daughter and I applied for residency and here we are.

BTW=by the way IRL=in real life I have a lot of trouble with them, too. Often I will ask, but then I forget it right away, anyway.

I'm a military brat, born in Detroit, Michigan, but lived in Chicago for 10 years before moving to Sweden. I live just outside of Lund, and have been in Sweden for 7.5 years.
