My brain is in meltdown. I can look this stuff up but maybe someone can help quicker? How many cups in an American size box of powdered sugar? 1 American size stick of butter = how many grams? And one more time, 1 cup = how many deciliters? I'll send some of my favorite recipes for the site when I get the conversions done. Anything anyone wants that I might not think of?

Okay, well I can try to help with that One box of powdered sugar = 16 ozs or 490 grams (or using cups = 3.5 cups or 8 3/4 dl). A stick of butter = 1/4 cup or 115 grams 1 cup equals 2.5 dls

Now you see, I would have been wrong because I always thought that a cup was 8 ounces, so 16 ounces would be 2 cups, or am I thinking of only liquid measurements?

A stick of butter is a half cup...
And as for powdered sugar. When an American recipe calls for a box of powdered sugar I use a box of florsocker. They are a bit different on the amount, but not enough to matter. I think a few grams...
