Any idea what these are called in Swedish and where you can "shop" one? Anders doesn't seem to know, but then he's a stoical kind of guy. My shoulder hurts and I'd kill for some great applied heat.

Cakes are only as good as what you put in them.

Try the Apotek, it's called a *värmekudde* (too easy, I know!).
I have one of those wheat-filled jobbies that my friend gave me a couple of years ago--- stick it in the nuke or oven a couple of minutes and it's great!

I have one of those too, but don't have a microwave. We'll see how much the heating pad costs and then what a small microwave costs! Thanks.

Carolyn, I found one at Ekohallen, but I have seen them elsewhere (El Giganten, I think). It wasn't too expensive as I remember.
El Giganten has one on the website:
Beurer värmekudde. 449 sek
I am sure I found one cheaper.

LOL Carolyn, while you're shopping for a microwave see if there's a RUSTA in your area. They have the wheat filled baggies scented with lavender for about 40 kr.

We have a Rusta here, although they're kind of out in the light industrial area. I keep meaning to get off the bus between town and the mall when I pass by, but haven't so far. I still haven't been out to our new Lidel either.

Hmm, well, I bought mine almost 5 years ago, but I doubt the prices have gone up That much. Can't remember what we paid, but there is No way we had that kind of money to plunk down on such a thing back then. But it was at El gigantigen. Maybe they have different sizes or something. Anyway, when you're in the store, go all the way around and just as you come to the registers go to the section on your left, think it has hair dryers and stuff. That's where I found it, and I haven't noticed that they've rearranged much so. Good luck Oh, if you make it to Lidls, let me know how it was, thanks
