I have a recipe that calls for osötad senap. Is this mustard that has not been sweetened? I know that the normal mustard you buy here lists sugar as the number one ingredient. So what would I use? I'm presuming it's prepared mustard as they would surely say senapspulver if they meant mustard powder.
Do you think Dijon mustard would be the sort of thing they mean?

Just a cheese souffle - nothing exciting. I was trying a new recipe from the Mersmak magazine that came this week.
I figured I'll use the Dijon mustard, mixed with a little chilli and garlic. I'm terrible at always changing recipes around.
