This afternoon I was hit with an insane, intense craving for banana pudding (the kind with vanilla wafers and homemade vanilla pudding). I've found recipes for the pudding and for the wafers, but I was hoping that maybe there was some sort of cookie available ready made that would be a good substitute. Do any of you know anything about it? I never even look at the cookie section in the store so I have no clue what might be available.

Hey Carrie,
I don't know about vanilla wafers but last time I had a craving for banana pudding I made a crust for the bottom and sides of a pie pan with Digestives then used those little almond cookies in the pudding itself. It wasn't exactly the same but it worked out fine.
