I can't remember seeing unflavored gelatin powder in my Konsum, just the unflavored gelatin sheets or leaves or blades, whatever they were called. Does anybody know if they have the powder and if not, do you know how many of the "sheets" is equivalent to what is in one sachet in the States? I want to post this killer recipe for a Pumpkin Chiffon Pie but it calls for an envelope of unflavored gelatin, and it would be nice to list the equivalent available in Sweden.

Cakes are only as good as what you put in them.

TIhave seen powdered meat....er...um... gelatin in the stores here. Just measure (teaspoon, tablespoon, etc) how much you use in your recipe and write that instead of '1 package Knox unflavored gelatinĀ“.
