Anybody who has a Prix (low-budget Konsum off-shoot) in their neighborhood, see if they're running the same deal mine is. I got huge packets of Irish stew beef, lovely and lean, not gristly, for 49 SEK a kilo. I bought a couple for the freezer, but I've got a large pot of beef stew working on the stove right now as well. Can't beat a nice bowl of beef stew on a grey fall day and it freezes well too.
Also consider beef burgundy, beef carbonnade, beef stir fry, beef Indian style (see food section here for recipe) and beef kabobs!
