The clematis we planted is nearly a meter long  & ;D hold your thumbs & cross your fingers it will keep growing ... I just love this flower. My most fav. spring flower is starting to bloom ... Lilacs ;D |

Anders has two clematis in pots on the balcony and both of them really took off. One is a deep red and the other a dark purple blue, wish I could remember the names but he's so bad about pulling off tags and tossing them. They've really done a lot of climbing on the trellis so far, but one shoot got broken during the bad winds last week.
On MY side of the balcony, all my pelargoniums are doing very well, have only lost one so far, but that was sickly looking from the start, and my dahlia and all the day lillies are really climbing. The morning glories are a little slow attaching to the trellis there, but I think once we get about a week of nice, warm, sunny weather, they'll be growing like the weeds they really are.
