As I understand some of you will be enjoying a feast next week (right)

and as I understand it is hard to be away from family & friends on the holidays ... all I really wish is that each and everyone of you here a Happy Thanksgiving and to be thankful

Well, if you can make it to Albuquerque, NM, you're welcome to stop by for dinner. We'll have enough to feed a small army and there's only going to be 5 of us.

Colossal tiger shrimp cocktail
18 pound turkey with sage/onion stuffing
creamed pearl onions
garlic and chive mashed potatoes
sweet potatoes with marshmallows
green bean casserole
glazed baby carrots
Parker House rolls
cranberry sauce

Pumpkin chiffon pie
Pecan pie
Dutch apple pie
