"God Save the Queen Street"... this was what the banner on Drottninggatan read when I took the family down to Stockholm from Sollentuna to look around in that new store they have there, Debenham´s, England´s department store, now in Sweden. When we walked in I thought it sort of looked a lot like the wonderful English shops I had been to when in London two years ago, but after having walked around, I have to say that Debenham´s on Drottninggatan should have had a bigger place to be in! It is far too small and gets crowded in a sec, there really isn´t anything new that we can´t find elsewhere, as in Åhléns or something....
I went to the bridal section, used to a huge selection of dresses I was amazed at seeing the small number of wedding dresses....
BUT, it is a nice store really and it smells nice with all the perfume!
