I'll be working this weekend.

Is anyone doing something fun? Maybe going somewhere? Xmas shopping?

Tomorrow, I have fika with nancy at noon, followed by a mad gallop around Klippet, getting my week-end grocery shopping done and maybe even a nice dinner with Anders. Not that we don't always have nice dinners.

I wish the week-end were going to be clearer so we could go out, but it looks like generally sucky weather through Sunday. Maybe we'll go out anyway, walk down to the lake or something.

I told Carolyn when I met her a few weeks ago that I ought to write a Guy Thread here on PS, but I don't have a sleeveless undershirt and a cigar. This weekend: reading, a hike or long walk if the weather isn't awful, and nothing too exciting. Carolyn, I found a flat in Gamla Stan and will send addr./phone info when I move in Dec.

We’re taking the kids to a movie today ;D

Later … I’m meeting up with a girl friend that moved a year before I did to Sweden. She’s taking a 6-month sabbatical from her job as a photojournalist & trekking around Canada. This evening we’ll cook a nice meal and on Sunday we’ll just hang out doing nothing. I’m trying to teach Peter how to play Crib … so maybe a few games will be played.

Well, I had been expecting to have a quiet day at home with the kids, not doing much of anything and watching Lilla Melodifestivalen (their request) tonight, but I made the mistake of saying yes when one of Martin's friends called this morning to ask about coming over to play and she's been a complete BRAT and inspiring my children to new heights of obnoxiousness. Thank god she's getting picked up in 10 minutes.

Today I worked and tomorrow I am not doing a blessed thing. *smile*

Today I did my Thanksgiving shopping (cooking for 42 next weekend) and cleaned the kitchen. Tomorrow I should make banana bread, pumpkin bread and the pie crusts for next weekend.
