Ok...so...
low on cash.. can't join a gym very anti working out outside in cold weather (just because I don't like it - I don't think it's a bad thing or anything lol)
So I want to workout inside my apartment. We have one of those plastic floors, if you know what I mean. Looks like wood, but it isn't. I don't want to use my sneakers, because I am afraid that they will mark up the floor. But I would like to use something, because socks are slippery, and I don't want to get injured. Every place I lived in had a carpet, until now, so I never had this problem before lol
So are there any special indoor workout shoes that won't allow me to slip into an unvoluntary split, and at the same time not mark up the floor?
Or maybe special socks or something??
Hoping one of you very helpful ladies has an answer ;D
love, Irma

I have lots of socks I've bought that have little sticky things on the soles to keep one from slipping. I got mine here, but I don't remember where. I have really poor circulation in my feet and need to wear socks, but am afraid of falling as well. I would just look around at the stores where the ladies socks and stuff are.

Just go to one of the stores selling sports stuff, for example Stadium, and ask for aerobics shoes with light colored soles. They will know what you mean. It´s as simple as that !
