School Pictures

Does the school your children attend in Sweden, alternate taking individual school picture. ?

Last year our son didn’t have one … our daughter did & this year they took both. We like to give this as an Xmas gift, to all the relatives who are across the ocean. So for you parents out there, who want a school picture “every year ”inquire about it.

Next year both our children who will be in grade 2 & 5 are not slated for this, but we’ll make sure the day pictures are taken our’s are included.

Wow, I had never heard of that! I can't imagine not having a school picture from every year! We even buy the bad ones, just to have them.

I remember a particularly bad one of my brother. He is pouting because my mother was there and he was mad at her. He was about 6 or 7.

So far, my kids have had bad ones because they were bad photographers. This year, my son has his head sticking up in the air like he is going to start pecking like a hen or something. But he likes it, so it won't be reshot. My other son is in the middle of talking - he rarely stops, and my daughter's is very nice - for once. She's ten now so that was really important to have a nice one.

Glad you can get your kids pics taken out of turn anyway.

I'm shocked at the ludicrousness of school pictures being taken every other year!

They do all the students every year where I teach.

Haley tells me that they did not do individual pictures this year. It's her last year of gymnasium and it would have been like her senior picture. I may just have to take her to a photographer.
