How has everyone been doing??
The weather is beautiful. We've finally gotten up to the ski area and skied. Fantastic with man made snow! Even after all the rain this past winter, it was great skiing. We've gotten some dustings of snow since and I can't wait to get up there again!
I also signed up for a gym a month ago. The first week went great, then the kids started getting sick one by one, then I had to play catch up with all the extra housework, and I still haven't been able to get back. I want to get in good shape before we go skiing over winter break.
What do you guys do during the winter to keep healthy and positive?

We have a private ski slope.....our driveway!! It's been snowing non-stop for more than 24 hours. To keep healthy and positve? I ride a träning cykel several times a week. I usually walk to and from work. Every light switch I pass in the morning is flicked on. I keep the house as light as I can and use essential oils to stave off the winter blues.
