I really like the blue and yellow and white scheme as well. Now if we can only get Cake Guru to change from her apparently favorite light pink lettering!!!!!

Cakes are only as good as what you put in them.

Not bad when you're on a light background, but you should see it on the pale yellow! ICK (I LOVE these little smilies)

Les, is there anyway to have this board let you kow what posts you have read? I know it's a lot to ask. I just don't like having to go through all of the posts only to find that I have read them all already.

Sandy, when you are logged in there is a little round icon beside the topic headings. If it is blue, there are unread posts in that topic, if it is grey they are all read. When you go into a topic with unread posts, it has a little "new" icon beside the thread name. Hope that is what you were looking for.

I moved from Oregon to Kiruna in Sept. 2001. I think I'm adjusted. Sorta.

I've been clicking around all the topics today and am wondering just how necessary it is to have so many different sub-boards. If we had a lot of traffic I could see that it might be nice to have so many different categories, but as it stands now I don't really see the advantage of having so many different places to click. I think I'm just lazy b/c I hate clicking into a million different places to see new posts. I can see a need for a general section, a food section, and a venting section, but it seems like the rest of the stuff could all be contained within the general board. Just an idea.

Well of course nothing is necessary, but I for one like the different categories. I also find it helpful.
What about the rest of you? Opinions?
